Requirements
- At least five years of experience developing, running, and winning corporate campaigns.
- Experience leading strategic planning, large coalitions, direct actions, and digital advocacy.
- Understanding of corporate finance and capital markets (credit ratings, debt structures, private equity, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience drafting materials including fact sheets, demand letters, and op-eds.
- Strong existing relationships across divestment and economic justice movements.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with partners and staff.
- Ability to productively engage in and defuse conflicts.
- Working understanding of the prison industry.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and execute corporate campaign strategies with executive leadership.
- Manage the corporate campaigns team and provide oversight.
- Deepen and expand relationships with partner organizations.
- Advocate to key decision-makers including investors and regulators.
- Develop and execute base-building strategies with directly impacted communities.
- Serve as an organizational spokesperson for media and conferences.
- Track and assess campaign progress and manage resources.
