Requirements
- Proven track record of launching, operating, and scaling complex products, platforms, or services.
- Deep technical understanding with direct experience managing the full lifecycle of API and UI-driven products.
- Expertise in translating customer problems in the ResTech and data space into structured requirements.
- Ability to back product decisions with data and qualitative insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Capability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated experience shipping high-quality user experiences.
- Knowledge or interest in LLMs and modern coding stacks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and promote a product vision for Cint’s Exchange platform.
- Articulate the product strategy and 'why' behind decisions to senior leadership and the organization.
- Conduct thorough opportunity assessments using data and customer research to prioritize initiatives.
- Author comprehensive product requirements and manage technical trade-offs with R&D leadership.
- Partner with R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market.
