Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst.
- Proven experience in gathering requirements for information systems based on business needs.
- Experience in implementing new functionality within information systems.
- Experience managing communication with contractors/vendors.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML notation for process and system modeling.
- Familiarity with MS Project is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of architectural solutions for marketing initiatives and product implementation within the billing system.
- Provide high-level complexity assessments for product implementation changes.
- Analyze requirements with stakeholders and create visual models using BPMNv2, UML (class, statechart, sequence, deployment, component diagrams), and other methods.
- Coordinate changes with stakeholders and development teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (specifications) in Confluence for BSS system implementation.
- Develop and detail functional requirements for new products for system suppliers.
- Participate in system configuration updates and manage change requests.
- Monitor timely and quality implementation of product requirements.
- Perform testing of implemented changes and verify compliance with business requirements.
- Analyze causes of functional defects, detail requirements for fixes, and coordinate with contractors to ensure resolution.
