Requirements
- Multiple years of professional software engineering experience in distributed systems, data engineering, or backend infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, and/or Java.
- Solid understanding of system design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience building production software with LLMs or AI agents with a focus on evaluation and testing.
- Extensive experience building data-intensive systems for ingestion, transformation, normalization, and validation.
- Experience integrating complex third-party APIs.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization tools including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines such as Helm or ArgoCD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional-level English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale next-generation backend infrastructure and APIs for an AI-driven integration platform to process petabyte-scale security and observability data with ultra-low latency.
- Pioneer the development of an AI-powered automation engine using LLMs and agentic workflows to autonomously generate, test, and validate data integrations.
- Design and build cloud-native microservices and frameworks connecting to third-party APIs and observability platforms like Splunk, Datadog, and New Relic.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of open data schemas like OCSF to normalize diverse multi-format datasets.
- Optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and reliability through continuous profiling and infrastructure improvements.
- Partner with product and global field teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Raise the engineering bar through technical design leadership, code reviews, and developer mentoring.
