Requirements
- Multiple years of professional backend development experience in Java.
- Experience with Go and/or Python.
- Experience building microservices using gRPC, REST, and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
- Experience working with AWS and/or GCP cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Product and Technical Account Managers.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
- Experience in an enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity company preferred.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and ClickHouse preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large‑scale, high‑volume, and low‑latency backend platform services.
- Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of configuration management pipelines.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust, scalable, and operable configuration solutions.
- Maintain application stability and data integrity by defining and monitoring key metrics and SLOs.
- Evolve existing configuration services through refactoring while delivering incremental customer value.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to design flexible and safe configuration models.
