- 3+ years anchoring technical direction as a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Software Architect.
- Expert mastery of C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Proficiency in SQL Server database design and query optimization.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
- Strong understanding of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven high ownership mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
- Advanced English proficiency for verbal and written communication with US stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural direction, system design, and technical governance for enterprise-grade backend services.
- Build and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing C# and .NET 6+.
- Optimize complex database schemas, SQL Server query performance, indexing strategies, and data access layers.
- Evaluate prospective engineering talent by conducting rigorous technical interviews and code assessments.
- Design resilient distributed systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging modern containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate directly with US-based client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into modern technical solutions.
