Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (additional qualifying experience may substitute year-for-year).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst, researcher, data engineer, or BI analyst within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with enterprise reporting and analytics within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio) within the last 10 years.
- Possession of Google Cloud Data Engineer or Analytics certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules within the last 10 years.
- Ability to provide client/user reference contact information for qualifying projects.
- Ability to submit completed, signed reference forms from management/supervisory personnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical tasks during development, implementation, and maintenance of client solutions.
- Manage report requirements, specifications, and enterprise reporting framework architecture.
- Design and develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Provide data and technology support to meet business objectives.
- Ensure timely report creation and assist in batch file testing.
- Establish an enterprise reporting framework aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Provide data flow plans and maintain data quality standards.
- Perform defect and incident management consistent with ITIL methodology.
- Conduct security monitoring, assessments, and variance management.
- Execute technical knowledge transfer to client staff.
