Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant Analytics & AI experience.
- Prior leadership or senior technical role within technology or business.
- Deep knowledge of CDAO, Head of Analytics and AI responsibilities or related business roles.
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate executive presence and ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns.
- Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, clear, actionable, “must-have research” content based on research best practices and methodologies in analytics, AI and data science.
- Identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs and reframe thinking to drive the strategy forward.
- Cover specific Analytic & AI topics including Agentic analytics, Decision Intelligence, AI Engineering, Content Management, Analytics and BI, Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Provide clients and prospects with actionable analytics & AI-centric advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
- Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, webinars and client briefings.
- Provide high-quality and timely research peer review and provide mentorship and support to team members.
- Predict how specific markets are developing, help clients in their selection process and assist vendors in overall positioning.
