Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
- 5 years of experience leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into business strategies.
- Expert-level analytical and modeling skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of health plan operations, P&L dynamics, and value-based care models.
- Proven project leadership and management abilities.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing analytical talent.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience/education in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas.
- Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven strategic analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality of care.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders including clinical operations, finance, and actuarial teams.
- Develop quantifiable impact models and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analytical staff on problem-solving and strategic frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on complex strategic narratives.
