Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of business analysis and consulting experience for large corporations.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile software development practices.
- Ability to write design specifications and create charts/diagrams.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Knowledge of CMDB and discovery processes.
- Familiarity with cloud application deployments on AWS or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology to accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Provide thought leadership on API integration for automation and workflow management.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analyses.
- Define and analyze problems with users to align technical and application solutions.
- Develop and manage the requirements gathering process throughout the project life cycle.
- Review system test plans and partner with users to validate implemented solutions.
- Serve as a functional and technical resource, establishing level of effort and project duration estimates.
- Build architecture best practices.
