Responsibilities
- Align teams with working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups.
- Anticipate potential pitfalls and improve usability to resolve them.
- Lead complex design challenges, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Find alignment with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Sales.
- Conduct or apply user research and data to inform and validate design decisions.
- Contribute to the product ecosystem by creating reusable and scalable product primitives.
