Requirements
- 8+ years experience in digital design
- Mastery of UX Product Design principles
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
- In-depth knowledge of Figma and component library management
- Ability to solve complex UX problems
- Strong understanding of high-level Information Architecture
- Excellent communication and ability to give and take creative direction
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design
- Robust portfolio showcasing agency and in-house work
Responsibilities
- Seamlessly balance product design needs within two platforms; Web and App
- Create and manage ongoing research for each product you’re owning
- Create and manage usability testing to prove initial work value before reviewing it with the larger team
- Concept, design and manage various product design initiatives from our quarterly roadmap
- Lead reviews by speaking through your ideas and vision
- Align with our Director to establish best practices for research, testing, UX and UI
- Be the steward of our design components library
- Delegate work to the in-house designers, oversee and assist them when needed
