Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting.
- Expert knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with Github.
- Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous business problems into data-driven impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectually curious with a holistic business perspective.
- Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for workflow efficiency.
- Must be located within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous business questions to drive revenue-impacting initiatives.
- Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and client acquisition.
- Improve quantitative analysis techniques including simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
- Define data structures and improve data pipelines to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Develop junior team members through mentorship in analytical thinking.
- Embed AI tools into the Revenue Analytics workflow to improve team productivity.
