Requirements
- 6+ years in healthcare network contracting, including executing contracts with health systems, hospitals or national providers, provider relations, or network management
- 4+ years of experience managing complex Provider Network strategies and negotiating complex contracts
- 3+ years experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or ACA Market Place) and/or Healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional working experience preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Ability to travel locally frequently for client meetings
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and company events
Responsibilities
- Implement contracting strategies in partnership with Market Leaders to align with network adequacy and cost management objectives.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with healthcare providers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Perform comprehensive reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify optimization opportunities.
- Utilize data and provider financial analytics to support negotiation and contracting decisions.
- Monitor team performance against metrics and SLAs, including provider outreach and contract completion.
- Collaborate with provider services for network education and communication.
- Monitor network compliance and develop corrective action plans as needed.
