Requirements
- 5+ years of designing and delivering corporate training and workshops.
- Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI enablement to business teams in banking, finance, or insurance.
- Mandatory BFSI experience, ideally within fund administration or asset management.
- Expertise in Claude Enterprise, Claude Cowork, Projects, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows used in production by non-technical teams.
- Understanding of governance, safe-AI concepts, RBAC, data residency, and prompt injection mitigation.
- Fluent in English with professional presentation capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI tooling landscape including MCP/connectors and SharePoint integration patterns.
- Public-facing professional credibility (publications, talks) supporting a senior expert position.
Responsibilities
- Adapt curriculum to real client artifacts including fee schedules, regulatory filings, and board packs.
- Deliver 6 half-day online workshops for non-technical audiences.
- Design and execute hands-on exercises, building 3 Claude skills live per workshop using client data and SharePoint flows.
- Teach the 'team extends' method to help staff decompose workflows into AI skills.
- Provide office-hours support to triage post-workshop questions.
- Coordinate with internal governance/platform engineers to maintain content consistency.
- Adjust workshop content based on participant feedback.
- Identify and escalate engineering opportunities to the account team.
