Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or AI enablement.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot/Codex.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate needs into technology solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance considerations (preferred).
- Experience in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries (preferred).
- Experience implementing AI workflows or agents using orchestration or low-code/no-code tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact productivity, automation, and knowledge-management opportunities.
- Evaluate AI opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.
- Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Claude for Enterprise, and Codex through training, workshops, and coaching.
- Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows and agents under technology leadership.
- Collaborate with security, legal, and data teams to ensure AI solutions meet compliance and governance standards.
- Monitor emerging AI trends to inform enterprise strategy and establish best practices.
