- Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT).
- Evidence-based behavioral health experience.
- Experience collaborating with physicians.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred).
- Passion for quality behavioral health care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health care management services to adult oncology patients.
- Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments.
- Deliver brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- Educate patients regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and treatment response.
- Coordinate care with oncology providers and other treating clinicians, as clinically appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
