Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in senior project and change management.
- Proven track record of leading complex, strategic transformation initiatives in international environments.
- Extensive experience navigating and influencing within complex, global matrix organization structures.
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional and multi-departmental teams.
- Expertise in diverse project management frameworks and change management methodologies.
- Excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts.
- Highly structured, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is highly advantageous.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical devices and biotechnological development processes is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of global GCS transformation projects with a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Establish robust project governance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report business value.
- Orchestrate cross-functional dependencies and align strategic priorities across global teams and leadership.
- Build, guide, and inspire cross-functional teams within a complex matrix organization.
- Drive stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful change adoption.
- Propose and pilot process improvements and innovation to enhance project delivery.
- Embed agile methodologies and mentor teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
