Requirements
- 1+ years in a go-to-market or marketing role, ideally with omni-channel experience
- Hands-on growth marketing skills across email, paid ads, and SEO
- Charisma and comfort engaging prospects directly, including by phone
- High hustle and strong follow-up discipline
- Experience at an early-stage startup (Series B or earlier) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and execute omni-channel growth marketing, including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO
- Build, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns end to end
- Track and report on growth analytics to sharpen what is working
- Engage leads directly and help convert demand into closed business
- Partner closely with the founders to set and hit growth targets
