Requirements
- Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects independently.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with ClickUp or similar project management platforms (e.g., Asana or Monday.com).
- Strong understanding of IT and software implementation environments, including test environments, production environments, and system integrations.
- Excellent project planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines for 60+ simultaneous projects by creating project plans, launch targets, and milestone schedules.
- Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track.
- Track project tasks, deliverables, and resource assignments to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Update and maintain project information in ClickUp.
- Collaborate closely with the existing Wing assistant to ensure project continuity.
- Escalate project issues when necessary and execute appropriate follow-up actions.
- Ensure multiple projects progress according to schedule while maintaining quality and accountability.
