Requirements
- MA/MS/BA/BS degree.
- 20 years of biopharma industry experience.
- Prior experience leading a national-level sales team.
- Cross-functional commercial leadership experience.
- Oncology product launch experience.
- Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
- Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional working environments.
- Ability to lead, mentor and on-board newer members of the team.
- Valid driver's license.
- ~50% travel required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite including Power Point, Excel, Word.
Responsibilities
- Lead all strategic planning for field priorities nationally for biomarker, training, nurse educators and sales operations.
- Provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to the field organization to educate key stakeholders on patient identification, education and training for RevMed products.
- Provide partnership to the sales team and other field teams in key accounts.
- Create and communicate short and long-term vision, strategies and initiatives in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Manage all resources including financial, personnel, and external vendors within budget.
- Lead cross-functional task forces to address key business issues and develop recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and commercial training teams on strategy, tactics, and skill-building initiatives.
