Requirements
- Digital marketing knowledge around Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members.
- Proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving.
- Strong familiarity with Google Suite.
- Strong familiarity with Slack.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Strategists to support day-to-day client needs and ensure smooth account operations.
- Organize and track creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active client accounts.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance and translating key metrics into actionable insights.
- Help coordinate creative testing initiatives and landing page optimization efforts.
- Support the development and quality assurance of client-facing reports, presentations, and deliverables.
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings, capturing detailed notes and tracking action items.
