Requirements
- 6+ years building and scaling modern web applications in production.
- Proficiency with C# and experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, or Svelte.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) alongside a strong pre-AI engineering foundation.
- Experience operating cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tooling (e.g., Terraform).
- Strong understanding of relational database tuning, indexing, and scaling strategies.
- Solid DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Comfort with observability tooling (e.g., DataDog) for debugging and preventing production issues.
- Strong design sensibility for creating polished, donor-facing UIs.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own features across Raise end to end, from forms and campaign pages to A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven donor upgrades.
- Build agentic experiences for nonprofit customers, including automated form/page building and AI-driven donor communication.
- Design, build, and ship net-new, revenue-driving features across the full stack.
- Own the performance, scalability, and reliability of systems, including instrumentation and monitoring.
- Review AI-generated code with architectural judgment to ensure correctness and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Research and resolve customer bugs to ensure a world-class product experience.
