Requirements
- Extensive experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
- Excellent experience working with databases and expert knowledge of SQL (BigQuery is an asset).
- Strong experience with product optimization or growth work (e.g., A/B testing, funnel/website optimization, conversion analysis, event monitoring).
- Proven experience providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Higher degree in statistics, mathematics, or another technical field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and data engineers.
Responsibilities
- Drive insights by understanding funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Define and analyze key metrics to monitor product success and health.
- Identify growth opportunities and remove barriers to adoption, retention, engagement, or monetization via quantitative analysis and data mining.
- Prepare and monitor reports to contribute to Product Team objectives.
- Cooperate with Product Teams to support data-driven product decisions.
- Lead data management and reporting automation efforts in collaboration with BI and Data Engineering teams.
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex business challenges.
- Consult with senior stakeholders to determine analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor less experienced analysts and contribute to domain development.
