Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web, SEO, or growth marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning organic growth and website performance.
- Practical experience with AEO and GEO concepts for LLM-based answer engines.
- Fluency in modern AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and AI content/SEO tools.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code site builders.
- Hands-on experience working directly in a CMS.
- Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS.
- Analytical proficiency in GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Ability to manage remote teams and contractors.
- Experience in cybersecurity or technical-adjacent categories is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute website strategy, including architecture, performance, and conversion rate optimization.
- Drive technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link strategy to grow organic traffic.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure visibility in AI-powered search engines.
- Leverage AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms to increase content-to-code velocity.
- Instrument the website, execute A/B tests, and report on pipeline and revenue impact.
- Manage digital advertising operations across Google and Bing.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, Demand Gen, and Sales to align web properties with product messaging.
