Experience leading teams building consumer-facing web products at scale.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks (React, Next.js, Node.js).
Comfort with GraphQL and API-driven architectures.
Strong track record of delivering reliable, high-quality, high-traffic consumer web experiences.
Ability to review architecture proposals and provide meaningful code feedback.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
Demonstrated ability to grow engineers through coaching and structured career development.

Lead, grow, and retain the team of engineers building and evolving APFM.com and related web properties.
Own delivery for the Web platform by planning sprints, managing scope, and removing blockers.
Partner with Product, Design, SEO, and Content teams to translate roadmap priorities into engineering work.
Set and uphold engineering standards across code quality, performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, testing, observability, and security.
Drive technical decisions in collaboration with principal and staff engineers.
Build a culture of accountability and development through 1:1s, performance conversations, and career planning.
Collaborate on shared infrastructure and cross-team dependencies.
Contribute to hiring through sourcing, interviewing, and closing engineering talent.
