Experience: 10+ years

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of hands-on Emerson DeltaV experience.
Demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and commissioning DeltaV systems.
Proven ability to architect complex DeltaV solutions from concept through startup.
Experience serving as a technical lead, SME, or principal engineer.
Strong knowledge of DeltaV Control Studio, Operate, Diagnostics, Continuous Historian, Live, and Batch.
Proficiency in DeltaV System Architecture.
Deep understanding of ISA-88 Batch Methodology.
Experience in GMP-regulated industries preferred.
Experience with DeltaV PK Controller, SIS, Syncade, and virtualization preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as Matrix's lead technical authority for Emerson DeltaV systems.
Architect complex DeltaV solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and regulated manufacturing facilities.
Establish and maintain DeltaV engineering standards, design philosophies, and best practices.
Lead design and implementation for greenfield, brownfield, and migration projects.
Support full project lifecycle including functional specs, configuration, FAT, SAT, and commissioning.
Mentor and develop junior to mid-level automation engineers.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth, proposals, and project estimating.
