Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of managing external or distributed development teams.
- Experience overseeing multiple related features or products.
- Deep understanding of self-serve SaaS metrics and product-led growth.
- Strong experience with funnel-based products (paid trials, subscriptions, upsells).
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and analyzing user behavior.
- Ability to think from a user perspective to optimize UX and conversion.
- Proficiency in working with aggressive acquisition and monetization strategies.
- Strong communication skills with experience in highly documented, remote environments.
- Proven ability to hold external partners accountable to deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary lead for external development teams to drive velocity and maintain high output standards.
- Define high-level product roadmaps and requirements in collaboration with internal Product Owners and Business Analysts.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure scalability for millions of users.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth and Head of Engineering to align development with technology standards and marketing goals.
- Continuously evaluate external team performance against delivery expectations.
- Propose and prioritize features based on market insights, user behavior, and revenue impact.
- Conduct competitive research to identify efficient, scalable feature implementations.
- Analyze and optimize the full user journey from acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Design and execute product experiments, including A/B testing, to drive performance.
