Requirements
- 8+ years in product management.
- At least 3 years in senior product leadership at a consumer SaaS or subscription business.
- Experience managing a multi-product portfolio or several product lines in parallel.
- Proven track record of building product teams from scratch, including hiring and structuring in a remote environment.
- Strong commercial sense with experience driving revenue through pricing, packaging, conversion, and retention mechanics.
- Execution-focused with experience shipping fast and iterating in-market.
- Data-driven product craft, including fluency in discovery, experimentation, funnel/cohort analysis, and outcome-based roadmapping.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate strategy into shippable plans.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning distributed, international teams.
- Bonus: experience with AI products, mobile app launches, or PLG motions fueled by paid acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap across the full portfolio, prioritizing investments for revenue, retention, and user value.
- Build the product team from scratch by defining structure, hiring product managers, and establishing high-performing processes.
- Drive execution speed across development teams to maintain high shipping velocity in fast-moving markets.
- Embed growth and monetization mechanics including pricing, onboarding, upsell paths, and product-led loops.
- Lead major product launches as they move from pipeline to market expansion.
- Establish product infrastructure for discovery, analytics, experimentation, and user feedback loops.
- Partner with growth, marketing, and engineering leadership to align direction with acquisition funnels and business goals.
- Set quality and user experience standards across the portfolio.
