Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years, or 11 years equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, Workflows, Scripting, and ACLs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Server-side and Client-side), Glide API, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
- Familiarity with modules such as CSM, HCLS, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
- Familiarity with Service Bridge and Domain Separation architectures preferred.
- Experience with generative AI for model building preferred.
- Healthcare industry knowledge or HCLS/HCO product experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be accessible and available to perform work functions at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in client workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
- Consult with customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices.
- Deliver scoped application development and platform integrations.
- Configure application UI, workflows, and service catalogs.
- Collaborate on the creation and maintenance of technical standards and best practices.
- Develop integration components including SSO, LDAP, and Web Services.
- Ensure solution designs support scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Develop client-facing documentation, training materials, and release notes.
- Support practice leadership with solution scoping, estimation, and pre-sales discovery.
