Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- At least one current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow applications.
- Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations with external systems.
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and scoped application development.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Strong scripting and development capabilities, including JavaScript.
- Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within Agile, cross-functional development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and configure scoped applications, Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and other platform-based solutions.
- Lead and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Support the movement of components and assets through CI/CD pipelines and across development environments.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to map business requirements to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, and technical demonstrations.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, coding, scripting, and configuration activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers.
- Support the administration and management of USCIS systems and platforms.
