Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Service Portal widget development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer.
- Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Develop scoped applications following platform best practices.
- Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
- Implement Service Portal and custom experiences using widgets and AngularJS.
- Develop and maintain CMDB integrations and data quality improvements.
- Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Support upgrades, regression testing, and troubleshoot platform performance issues.
