Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Front-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Experience building modern web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
- Ability to participate effectively in technical discussions and collaborate within development teams.
- Interest and ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
- Basic understanding of backend development concepts or backend programming languages is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance software solutions that align with user needs and product objectives.
- Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using modern development practices and technologies.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting website and web application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and intuitive digital experiences.
- Contribute ideas and technical improvements to enhance development processes and product quality.
- Support and mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
