Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong Go (Golang) development skills with experience building production services, tools, or platform components.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes environments in production.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
- Solid Linux administration skills and experience managing production systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with observability solutions including Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, or OpenSearch.
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and software delivery lifecycles.
- Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and drive improvements independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional, remote teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop internal services and tools using Go to support deployment automation and internal developer platforms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Improve and support Kubernetes-based production and pre-production environments.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of internal deployment platforms and engineering workflows.
- Optimize application environments, including staging and ephemeral environments, for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
- Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, and related observability platforms.
- Support automation initiatives that reduce manual operational work and improve delivery speed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and software delivery processes.
- Take ownership of technical decisions, infrastructure improvements, and operational outcomes.
