Requirements

- Solid knowledge of printing processes, pre-press setup, and file formatting.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to balance creative vision with strategic goals.
- Ability to apply style guides while maintaining brand identity integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to new tools, processes, and design challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create visual mood boards for brand identities and campaigns.
- Develop brand identity concepts including logo design, colors, and typography.
- Design visual assets for print, packaging, digital platforms, and advertising.
- Prepare final press-ready files for various printing processes.
- Design web layouts and collaborate with development teams for implementation.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to ensure project alignment.
- Review designs for technical errors and refine outputs based on feedback.
- Manage project timelines and maintain organized file archives.
