Requirements
- Experience in civic community organising on a voluntary or paid basis.
- Basic understanding of privacy, non-governmental civic organising, and the impact of technology on civil life.
- Interest and excitement to learn about blockchain, crypto, and decentralised technology.
- Proven experience managing projects.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong alignment to the Logos principles.
- Membership in a civic organization (bonus).
- Experience working for an open source organization (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Support Logos Circles by assisting volunteer community organisers in scoping and completing “winnable issues” (community impact projects).
- Guide and mentor new local Circle Stewards using provided formats.
- Manage documentation, briefs, and reporting to support the promotion of Circle narratives, outputs, and wins.
- Aggregate regional reporting and metrics to facilitate coordination across the Logos network.
- Act as the primary liaison between Logos and Circle stewards to facilitate logistics, resources, and advice.
- Attend local events to promote Logos Circles, build visibility, and connect participants.
- Produce standardised and regular reports for regional output and progress.
