Requirements
- Several years of professional experience combining robust project management skills with a solid foundation in regenerative agriculture.
- Formal agricultural background (degree, apprenticeship, or hands-on farming background).
- Deep understanding of dairy and arable farming challenges.
- Established local agricultural network in Hungary.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excitement for building up a new market.
- Farmer-first communication style with a proven talent for building trust-based relationships.
- Passion for sustainability and implementation of practical, long-term regenerative solutions.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Pragmatic decision-making abilities to resolve blockers.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy to successfully scale Klim's presence in Hungary.
- Collaborate with the HQ to tailor Klim's products and services to meet Hungarian-specific needs.
- Take ownership of and develop projects with partners from the food industry to make their value chains more sustainable and reduce emissions.
- Develop, implement, and safeguard project strategies and goals, driving creative solutions to ensure all KPIs are met.
- Convince farmers to collaborate on projects and facilitate long-term expansion of regenerative practices.
- Foster deep, trust-based relationships with participating farmers, supporting them through every stage of their regenerative journey.
