Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Go, Java (Spring), C/C++, Node.js.
- Solid experience designing, developing, and operating service-oriented backend systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL) including performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Linux (RHEL) environments and Docker containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab.
- Experience with security and compliance standards such as PCI DSS or financial regulations.
- Strong architectural and analytical thinking with ability to evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian (written and spoken).
- Professional English communication skills (C1) for technical and customer-facing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mission-critical, high-availability payment infrastructure.
- Contribute to high-level architectural decisions and technical trade-off evaluations.
- Collaborate directly with banking partners and internal teams on system requirements.
- Write clear technical documentation and API specifications.
- Lead technical discussions and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Operate service-oriented systems including REST APIs and asynchronous flows.
- Manage relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) including schema design and query optimization.
