Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or lead roles.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of: Go, Java (Spring), C/C++, Node.js.
- Solid experience designing and operating production backend systems (REST APIs, transaction handling).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL (schema design, performance tuning).
- Experience working in Linux (RHEL) environments and Docker containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience with strict security/compliance standards like PCI DSS or financial regulations.
- Strong architectural and analytical skills for evaluating technical trade-offs.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency in Russian (written and spoken).
- Professional English proficiency (C1) for documentation and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop mission-critical payment infrastructure and high-availability systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and shape new payment products.
- Design and operate service-oriented backend systems including REST APIs and asynchronous processing.
- Manage relational database schemas, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer-side stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Write clear technical documentation and design specifications.
