Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience owning products or major initiatives from customer discovery through launch.
- Strong experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and decisions.
- Experience writing detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Experience contributing to product positioning, launches, and outbound product activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery interviews and market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Shape product strategy, priorities, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Partner closely with Engineering through the full development lifecycle to provide context and define success criteria.
- Develop product positioning and value propositions, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on launches.
- Create sales enablement materials and facilitate internal product education.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
