Requirements

- 4+ years managing cross-functional, highly technical teams.
- Comprehensive technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks).
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with BI layers like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
- Proven track record of linking data initiatives to commercial outcomes.
- Elite written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex analytical concepts for non-technical executives.
Responsibilities
- Establish an enterprise-wide data roadmap aligned with corporate growth goals and ROI.
- Foster a mature, data-driven culture across all business functions.
- Lead innovation by building production pipelines for ML, predictive modeling, and generative AI.
- Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle infrastructure, including ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Build high-utility analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for senior business leaders.
- Enforce enterprise data policies regarding lineage, security, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and quality.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing group of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Negotiate and optimize contracts with cloud providers and third-party tooling vendors.
