Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of office administration, personal/executive assistant, bookkeeping or other comparable clerical or administrative work experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Proven project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High integrity, discretion and strong ethical standards.
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow with a scaling organization.
  • Demonstrated interest in the performing arts and/or performing arts education (preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management software (preferred).
  • Prior experience dealing with multi-state business operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Research business licensing compliance requirements; and prepare, submit and track state and local business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion to ensure timely filings across all business units.
  • Maintain and continuously update internal compliance and corporate filing databases.
  • Coordinate with state agencies, local authorities and registered agents to manage state registration projects and resolve application roadblocks.
  • Build scalable and efficient workflows as the portfolio grows.
