Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of office administration, personal/executive assistant, bookkeeping or other comparable clerical or administrative work experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proven project management and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, discretion and strong ethical standards.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel.
- Curious, adaptable and motivated to grow with a scaling organization.
- Demonstrated interest in the performing arts and/or performing arts education (preferred).
- Familiarity with project management software (preferred).
- Prior experience dealing with multi-state business operations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Research business licensing compliance requirements; and prepare, submit and track state and local business licenses, permits, and corporate entity maintenance filings.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently from conception to completion to ensure timely filings across all business units.
- Maintain and continuously update internal compliance and corporate filing databases.
- Coordinate with state agencies, local authorities and registered agents to manage state registration projects and resolve application roadblocks.
- Build scalable and efficient workflows as the portfolio grows.
