Requirements
- Previous experience working as a pharmacy technician.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify operational problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy professionals and non-pharmacy stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and remain accountable in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with video conferencing, email, spreadsheets, and project-management platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, professional remote workspace.
- Availability to participate in virtual meetings during scheduled business hours and work across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage pharmacy-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Apply pharmacy technician experience to identify workflow challenges, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, terminology, and common pharmacy systems.
- Gather project requirements and translate pharmacy needs into clear action plans, processes, and deliverables.
- Develop project timelines, track milestones, document progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication among project stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of pharmacy workflows, standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational resources.
- Maintain organized project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
