Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Advanced knowledge of PMBOK and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated ability to tailor waterfall and agile approaches to project needs.
- Experience managing projects without direct authority through stakeholder engagement and influence.
- Strong ability to assess project trade-offs in terms of business impact.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive projects autonomously in critical phases.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Monday.com.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for complex initiatives.
- Manage project execution, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and report project milestones, status, risks, and budget considerations.
- Tailor project delivery approaches (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) to specific project needs.
- Build relationships and resolve conflicts between stakeholders with competing interests.
- Assess project trade-offs regarding broader business impact and strategic alignment.
- Lead project retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
