Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI, data science, machine learning, analytics, or AI-focused consulting/pre-sales roles.
- Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Hands-on familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Vertex AI.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and MLOps practices.
- Proven ability to accelerate deal cycles through actionable AI guidance and solution validation.
- Expertise in translating AI capabilities into business impact and ROI metrics for executive stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to shape AI roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
- Experience with consulting firms, MSPs, or technology service providers is preferred.
- Ability to mentor and guide technical and sales teams on AI positioning and responsible AI practices.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Validate client requirements and address technical objections to improve sales win rates.
- Act as an AI subject matter expert supporting sales executives during discovery and solution design.
- Architect AI solutions across use cases including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
- Translate complex technical concepts like model data pipelines and GenAI architectures into business outcomes.
- Guide customers on AI readiness, data strategy, governance, security, and ethics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to refine and position AI service offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars to establish thought leadership.
- Mentor and enable internal teams on AI positioning, messaging, and best practices.
