Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Manus AI, or ChatGPT.
- Proficiency with automation platforms including Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to simplify and break down complex processes.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs and databases is a plus.
- Background in agency or retail environments is preferred.
- Experience measuring ROI on automation projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for AI integration to improve speed and efficiency.
- Build and set up AI-powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing, and content creation.
- Connect AI tools to existing systems, including CRMs, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Write and refine prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality output from AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and build effective solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and propose fresh ideas for implementation.
