Job Details

8+ years of experience in Network Operations or Infrastructure Services
Strong network infrastructure knowledge, including Cisco LAN/WAN and SD-WAN
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Zscaler technologies
Solid grounding in network security fundamentals
Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) via ServiceNow or BMC Helix
Proven experience managing strategic suppliers and contract governance
Experience operating in large international organizations
Strong reporting and KPI management capability
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Ability to challenge suppliers constructively in a multi-vendor environment

Lead the operational delivery of global network services, ensuring SLA achievement and operational stability
Coordinate Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management processes
Manage strategic network suppliers, monitoring contractual commitments and challenging performance on quality, delivery and financial aspects
Lead supplier transition and knowledge transfer activities, including reversibility plans and operational readiness
Ensure documentation, runbooks and operational knowledge are transferred and maintained
Prepare and lead operational governance meetings, producing KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams across LAN, WAN/SD-WAN, WiFi, Internet, Firewalls, Zscaler, DDI and Remote Access
Identify and drive continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives
Identify and mitigate operational risks, following action plans through to completion
