Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of the principles of how the World Wide Web works.
- Proven track record of building quality software with a product-builder mindset.
- Ability to self-organize and work with minimal supervision.
- Transparent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage modern AI tools.
- Must be residing in Poland.
- Experience in a SaaS product company (nice to have).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including advanced features and optimizations (nice to have).
- Experience with React (nice to have).
- Experience with infrastructure tools like Linux, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible (nice to have).
- Experience with AWS cloud services (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Architect, code, and maintain services and infrastructure that power enterprise customers.
- Develop performant, high-quality code to support Physitrack and Champion Health platforms.
- Deploy code frequently while continuously improving the codebase.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and engineering leadership to solve complex business problems.
- Leverage modern AI tools to maintain development efficiency.
