Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with genuine depth.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django or similar frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in API design.
- Working or advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Experience with modern frontend architectures, state management (e.g., TanStack Query), and design systems.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of version control with Git.
- Understanding of security best practices and data protection.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end by shaping solutions with product and design teams.
- Build across the API and UI to ship production-ready features.
- Design and develop backend services using Python and Django.
- Build high-quality, reusable frontend features using TypeScript and React.
- Write clean, testable code with strong test coverage across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and improve solution quality.
- Monitor and maintain production systems for reliability, performance, and security.
