Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on Python and Databricks skills.
- Solid familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem including Unity Catalog, notebooks, and pipelines.
- Active interest and early hands-on experience in GenAI or agentic development.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, or LLM integrations.
- Experience integrating with metadata or data catalog APIs.
- Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity.
- Fluent English communication skills for international collaboration.
- Familiarity with data governance patterns.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows within the Databricks ecosystem, including Unity Catalog and Genie.
- Integrate with data catalog and metadata APIs to support autonomous data workflows.
- Contribute to the development of GenAI agent skills and reusable components.
- Work with LangChain and/or LangGraph to support agentic pipeline development.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical disciplines to translate data logic into specifications.
- Operate with autonomy to drive workstreams forward and manage blockers.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
